Message from reporter:

"Bug in Species+ search function - if you paste in a species name to the search field and hit enter before the drop-down menu shows then the search doesn't work and you are taken to page 1 of 935 of all species listed. This also happens if you type a genus and hit enter before the drop-down menu. I've checked with pasting from Excel and pasting from a web page."

Possible solution might be to strip the pasted text, it might have carriage returns in it causing the system to search on empty string.
