I assume that the UFO spec assumes a case-preserving file system. If this is indeed the case: should it be mentioned in the spec? (Or is it and I didn't find it?)

(It seems all modern case-insensitive file systems are in fact case-preserving, so perhaps this issue is moot in 2021.)

What this change something in the spec, aside from the mention?
