SBG L2 Data products in SDAP

This work is to integrate the SBG specialized products into SDAP and make accessible by the process mapper.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Process mapper is deployed in dev, test, prod shared service venues
  • TBD L2 product is integrated in SDAP (dependency on SBG validation plans)
    • COG/geotiff format support

@jjacob7734 please take a look at this one and see if there are any work tickets worth creating for this sprint or the next one. It seems like we can probably hold off on this until sprint 24.1.3 or 24.1.4 but please do a quick assessment to see if we need to pull in some work a little bit earlier.
