Create a new "Insert Text" System

Create a "Insert Text" Function which we can move around the whiteboard.

Right now, We have a "Insert Text" which takes value in a dialog box and wherever we click on the Whiteboard, it gets inserted.

We need some new system to insert text in the whiteboard, Like we have in every other whiteboard online. We can insert text and drag it around the whiteboard until we find some suitable place to insert it.
