User rejoining VC gets volume reset to 1.0 #327

Yet GUI volume slider for user retains at set position. Once slider is slid it sets the volume for the user OK.
Also IIRC GUI sliders, volume levels are not saved-loaded after disconnecting and connecting to VC.

Perhaps it used to work, then speaker, listener changes derived from stages branch introduced the bugs.
