Replace console.log w/ configurable log fn

Good idea. I just threw this together quickly to get continuous deployment running on modulus and didn't thinking about it much. And writing out to the console was letting me see the messages in the modulus "streaming" log page.

I think there could be an output option added that's a stream and defaults to process.stdout. This would allow streaming to anything you'd like.
