Describe the bug

Entering Chinese or English keywords will result in search memo results that are not related to the keyword. For example, searching for "boluobao" or the Chinese word "pineapple bun" will result in two entries, one with the keyword content and the other will appear regardless of the keyword searched.
After deleting, adding it again will result in the same error.After testing, some keywords will not appear.

Steps to reproduce

1. insert keyword and search show search reasluts；
2. delete memo and resend sam note
3. After deletion, the documents that would appear for the keywords not included in the search will no longer exist.

The version of Memos you're using.

I have tested both database and local file system. They have the same problem. #3905
This is another similar search filter bug. I feel like giving up soon~
