Maybe make it available in Conan and Vcpkg?

Even though it's pretty convenient to build because of the great documentation you guys provide. But it's still helpful if it's available in the famous package management. I do think Conan and Vcpkg should be considered.
And by the way, thank you and it's a brilliant framework.

Would be happy to do a conan package for userver, I already have WIP branch for that and hope to publish the first version of a receipt soon

Some progress in work at microsoft/vcpkg#34575.
Work in progress but I can build userver via vcpkg:

$ ./vcpkg install userver[*]

Then I build, run and communicate with application from service_template:

$ curl localhost:8080/hello?name=Konstantin
Hello, Konstantin!
