Download Complete TestPackage.zip produces an error message in Chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 m (64-bit) and Mozilla Firefox 43.01 and Internet Explorer 11

Example files for Change Scenario 2, EDI unzip to create folders numbers 0-7. Test Steps are 1-8, is minor complaint create less confusion if the files folder names matched the Test Steps, e.g. 1-8.
