希望增加简单的相关提供商的授权管理申请教程，例如 certd 的这个：腾讯云

研究了好久不知道怎么在腾讯云申请域名解析授权API，最后去翻了 certd 的文档才搞定。（虽然这也可以算是腾讯云的指引缺失）
