Is it possible to provide support for Visual Studio 2015?

When I tried to port it over, almost all integration tests failed because of pdb reading. Probably Usus.NET needs a newer version of the Common Compiler Infrastructure (CCI) or the .NET
Compiler Platform (Roslyn).
Currently I don't find the time to look into it. Feel free to send pullrequests.
