Brief: The Diagnostics Board is a pcb that monitors the current state of the AUV. It should display the current state of the AUV using distributed LEDs. (Red is error, Yellow is loading, Green is good, etc...)
Power Restrictions: 5V at 4A. (12V rail is available if necessary)
Communication Requirements: CAN and USB-UART.
Procedure:

[] Get it reviewed and fixed up
