Task that monitors temperature and humidity

Using the functions made in #5, write a task that monitors the temperature and humidity. Devise a way to alert people outside if there's an issue (for this, you may want to work in conjunction with #14). If we're getting too hot, or if it's too humid in the main housing, these are problems, and we should address them. Make sure to make it easy to configure so we can easily change the thresholds so if it fires too easily, we don't get bothered!
