Problem Description: The micro controller on the power stops responding to UART requests during normal operation. This usually happen around 10 - 20mins after power on. The micro is still powered on and holds the GPIO states. The board continues to deliver power to the computer and other systems. This seems like a firmware issue.

Task: Investigate and create a fix.

This only occurs when ROS is polling data from the Power Board through UART. The Power Board enters a hard fault.
