Description

Test the complete pipeline using the refactored R scripts to ensure functionality and reliability.

Tasks

Run the full workﬂow on sample datasets for each module (A– F).
Validate outputs against expected results for correctness.
Identify and ﬁx any issues arising from refactoring.
