The LTP seems to be rotated in a weird way, such that we need to add some random number to the orientation in control/path planning in order to get the vehicle's orientation to be correct, relative to the GPS points. This should probably be fixed in the gps_to_cartesian in the localization utils, bug is likely somewhere there, or in sim.
