1、带时分秒的控件，只重新修改下年或者月，日不变（不点击日），点确定，日期值不刷新
2、同样的操作，修改年，或者月，日不变，然后点击右侧时，分，秒，左侧刚才选择的年月信息，被重置回退初始值。
