Description

We need to add a Code of Conduct to ensure a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all contributors.

Location

This should be a new file named CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md in the root directory of the repository.

Suggested Resolution

Add a comprehensive Code of Conduct based on the Contributor Covenant, including:

1. Introduction: Briefly explain the purpose of the CoC.
2. Our Pledge: A statement of commitment to maintaining a positive community.
3. Our Standards: Examples of expected behavior and unacceptable behavior.
4. Enforcement Responsibilities: Who is responsible for enforcing the CoC.
5. Scope: Where and when the CoC applies (e.g., project spaces, public spaces where the community is involved).
6. Enforcement: Procedures for reporting and addressing violations.
7. Enforcement Guidelines: Steps and consequences for violations.
8. Attribution: Credit to other CoCs or templates that influenced the document.

Additional Context

This addition will help establish clear guidelines for community behavior to promote inclusivity, respect, and professionalism.
