Any update ? @vardecab |
Hey @marcpinet. Can confirm, it's indeed a bug in this fork. Can't find a fix for now - I thought I managed to repair it but then the core functionality of being able to have a |
@vardecab Any news on that one ? And as a side note, while running this script from a task scheduler on Win10 it doesn't show any notifications at all. I'm not quite sure how and if its possible to fix that one, but maybe you know about it ? |
I'm unable to fix it — looks like one of the updates to Windows 10 (and then whole Windows 11) has impacted this script. Looks like it's better to switch to what @MSZ-Spyro proposed here — Winotify. |

Hi,
I installed win10toast-click using "pip install win10toast-click" and ran your example code, which is working fine.
But when I change the "duration=5" to "duration=None" the notification vanishes with the termination of the program.
I installed win10toast-persist after to test if it is a settings/system issue on my end, but with that the notification is persistent even after termination.
I'm new to git/python/pip so please let me know if I caused the issue.
Kind regards,
Assayas
