File referencing needs to parse and understand bbcode

Implementation has started here:

FileReferenceTracker.cs TryGetFontReferences

This needs to do code parsing and merging of fonts, but also needs to consider if a font is custom or not. This will take a bit of work to do and I'm not going to worry about it yet until inline styling catches on more.
