Publish a new release for 0.2.4

We would like to use 0.2.4 (with storm 0.9) in production. Can you please publish a version of it for scala 2.10.0?

Arup, sure, do you want to submit a PR to cross-compile for both 2.10 and
2.11? I'd be happy to merge it.
