Some thoughts as to what would be interesting to track. Ideally we track the outcome, not intermediary low-level stats.

  • number of unavailable devices in home assistant
    • would have surfaced that esphome devices were having a hard time submitting so many http requests Setup Tilt for occupancy_component #162)
    • would have surfaced broken mqtt configuration, resulting in a broken zigbee2mqtt setup
