need to push local branch to bump python and requirements to build from source

Hello, I have built from source as my mac would not accept to run the already built app.
Faced a couple issues:

• sip not available in latest python
• other requirements too old to be found.
  I have made a local branch to specify the venv python to 3.9 but also setuptools, sip and PyQt5.

I am not authorized to make a branch though.
Can anyone help with it ?
