3D audio sequencer/spatializer as a MaxMSP project

- works with HOA library v2 (find it here). A separate installation of the HOA library might be required.
- Has been tested on Mac OSX 10.6.8 with Max 6.1 through 6.1.9, though it should work on newer setups and on Windows
