Arch recently updated Xfce to 4.20, and a few small issues have shown up.

  1. Hovering icons on the desktop uses white background for the names:

a

I don't remember how it looked before, presumably it was a semitransparent accent color, or nothing at all

  1. Selected file in Thunar, while the Thunar window is unselected (click any other window), looks like this:

b

While in the active window it looks fine: (this is Matcha-azul)

c

Before the update, unselecting the window caused it to switch to a darker shade of blue (but not for all table columns, interestingly).

Same issues in the last manjaro update.

The following addition to ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css fixes the icon behavior as a temporary solution (set your color instead of #29a189):

XfdesktopIconView:selected:hover {
  background-color: #29a189;
}

XfdesktopIconView:hover {
  background-color: transparent;
  color: white;
}

For me, the issue on Thunar is more annoying...
