Arch recently updated Xfce to 4.20, and a few small issues have shown up.
I don't remember how it looked before, presumably it was a semitransparent accent color, or nothing at all
While in the active window it looks fine: (this is Matcha-azul)
Before the update, unselecting the window caused it to switch to a darker shade of blue (but not for all table columns, interestingly).

Same issues in the last manjaro update.
The following addition to ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css fixes the icon behavior as a temporary solution (set your color instead of #29a189):
XfdesktopIconView:selected:hover { background-color: #29a189; } XfdesktopIconView:hover { background-color: transparent; color: white; }
