When editing your question, there is no visual change in the background/border making you realize that editing has started

So if I ask a question and accidentally press return before finishing the question, and then click on the Edit icon, the question I've formulated does not visually change in any way (no black background added or something visual like that) to communicate that i'm editing the question. also it seems that the answer is being queried from the chatgpt ai, even though the questioning should be halted if i'm starting to edit, right? cos there's changes incoming.
