Mac Logo still too big

The mac logo of this app is too big compared to other logos, in both launchpad and the dock.
Saw someone has refined the logo but don't know why it doesn't work on my end.

I have the same issue. I am also using Apple M1 chip.

Since this happens to some more apps I got in my M1 Mac I'd suggest installing https://pictogramapp.com/ and get from here https://macosicons.com/#/ the icons you want to replace.
