Buttons have disappeared.

I have ran into a issue that has broken everything. I no longer have my 3 buttons for windowmise, Full screen, and close. If anyone is also having this problem or have had and have a solution please reach out.

Major updates/ system changes that might contribute,

1). 2024-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5034467)
2). 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765)
3). NVIDIA driver update most recent. "Unlikely but was updates before problem"

I have completely redone all of the install steps in an attempt to regain my menu buttons.
