Modify scripts that ingest grants for various foundations in order to use more of the metadata fields added to the donations table

Possible scripts to review:

• Sloan Foundation
  • What is currently being recorded into the notes as Grant investigator can probably be recorded under the donation_earmark column
  • The rest of the notes can probably go into the intended_use_of_funds column
  • And then the notes column can be set to null
• Knight Foundation
  • There is a Grant period which I believe can be used to infer/compute an intended_funding_timeframe_in_months
  • The goal can be put in the intended_use_of_funds column
  • The Project lead can be used as donation_earmark
  • It should be possible to fill in affected_states and affected_cities for many grants. Also, maybe we can assume affected_countries for all grants is United States?
