How is the bathymetry terrain tileset used?

For starters, I couldn't figure out from the mapbox docs what the endpoint url is but I guessed and got a response from the below URL. However the data coming back is clearly not in the right format. What is the right way to turn this vector data into terrain? Am I misunderstanding something? Thanks!
