Install chromeos-apk
Grab apk file of the app
Run chromeos-apk path/to/apk/file
Go to chrome://extensions
Enable developer mode
Select 'Load unpacked'
Select the folder created by chromeos-apk
go to chrome://apps
Select and run your app
