V Translate not detecting C files in directory

I'm trying to generate a wrapper around the libctru library, but every time I try and run v translate wrapper libctru/source it runs but it doesn't detect any of the C files within.

I have tried translating without the wrapper flag but it errors out due to some of the header files not existing (like sys/lock.h) but I'm not sure with this is an issue with my environment or if those header files just don't exist
