Currently, feedback and usage is integrated in all the experiments of openedx labs as follows
For usage :
lab_id, exp_id, lab_name..etc are hand coded

For feedback :
lab_name and exp_name are hand coded

These two uses cases should be factored out by uploading .json file which contains lab info
