It came to my attention that there could be a better way of passing data into Typst using sys.inputs: https://typst.app/docs/reference/foundations/sys

This could potentially resolves #24 & #23
We need to reference how typst-cli works too: https://github.com/typst/typst/blob/main/crates/typst-cli/src/watch.rs
