Expose ALL properties of the package.json in the repository json

For future updates to the vpm package system, I think it's extremely better to provide ALL properties of the package.json in the repository json.
For example, the documentationUrl and changelogUrl are UPM-provided properties, so I think it's better to use them in vrchat-community/creator-companion#146.
However, currently, vpm repositories made with this action does not expose documentationUrl and changelogUrl properties to vpm.json, so we need to re-create vpm repository to show them in the VCC. I think this is a little annoying.
