Tool to insert a Notice to a Daisy talking book

Asks for following inputs:
- Input directory, this is recurively scanned for folders with a file named 'master.smil' in them
- Output directory is where books are created, using the Title from the master.smil.
- Notice file is the mp3 file which is copied to the output book.
- Duration in seconds, is the length of audio of the mp3.
the GUI also has a large display box, where the output of conversion is kept. It is also saved in a log file.
