[Bug Report][3.7.1] VDataTableServer expandable row does not work with shallowRef #20458

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.1
Vue Version: 3.5.4
Browsers: Chrome 128.0.0.0
OS: Linux x86_64

Steps to reproduce

Click any expandable row.

Expected Behavior

Rows should expand.

Actual Behavior

Rows do not expand.

If you're going to use shallowRef, use it for expanded as well:
