APG 1.2 Release 1 Plan

Plan Summary

Target completion: March 2020 (When ARIA 1.2 becomes a recommendation)

Priorities:

  1. Combobox pattern and examples project: Revise to support 1.2 specification and significatnly improve quality.
  2. Carousel project: Add tabbed carousel example and incorporate feedback about the pattern.
  3. Add guidance for:
    • range related properties
    • aria-level
    • Communicating Widget States (selected, checked, pressed, expanded, disabled, readonly)
    • Live regions
  4. Fix other editorial issues
  5. Fix other bugs

All GitHub issues are listed in the 1.2 release 1 milestone.
