It works if information is typed. And I added a note to the submission form:

Type text directly, not copy-paste. ...

Perhaps this is not higher priority than some other work needed on this and other resources?

I copy- pasted without problems. From notepad++ and web, not from word.

Just for future ref, noting this was definitely an issue for me when filling in #169. This is quite an extensive form to fill in, and one that requires input from other people on my team, so personally I don’t think I’d fill it in without copy-pasting.
