W3C - spec stack

spec stack — Update content and fix accessibility.

WAI website - other page link icons

Level: easy
Priority: high-medium

Previously had icons indicating links off the WAI main site (e.g., to /TR/ pages), and links off the W3C site. They were kinda ugly. [@@link to them] Current design ones are way too strong. Need to decide if we still want both indications (and also what the alt text is).

Possibly update the components images.

• They have recognition, so possibly not want to re-do them?
• Content & user agents & authoring tools are no longer so clearly distinct - so possibly don't even want those same images -- but not keen to open up that issue right now.
