The session breaks out of the frame

Hello Sir am a big fan since saw this masterpiece...but recently i tried setting up a redteam phishing campaign and noticed after the user inputs the username and password the session breaks and takes the user to the official login page and sometimes it just gets stuck on a blank screen.. the issues is recreated on my cloud server i can give you access to it so you verify...thank you
