全局热键的绑定 ( Binding of global hotkeys )

有这个需求, 但网上的教程太笼统了, 找到了一个可以使用的库: https://github.com/golang-design/hotkey, 但个人觉得用起来有点麻烦 ( 应该不是我不会用吧……哈哈 ) , 花了一点时间改造了一下, 欢迎指教！
