Problem

Similar to how you should be able to specify port 0 for the tcp port, it should also be possible to specify 0 for the udp port, and libwaku should then automatically listen on any random available port. Probably it makes sense for this feature to be available in nwaku when specifying the --discv5-udp-port flag
