Make sure backups are generated and stored in GC bucket

Has the process for backups changed? I thought I could troubleshoot the issues I reported by downloading a copy of the database; however, I am not able to list or download any files with gsutil.

I was given access to the GC project; however, I don't see backups. Can we get the backups fixed after we resolve the missing data issues? Or if it's easy to get them running again, I could use it to also look the issues I opened.

We checked and you are correct. There is an issue with the backup process that we are fixing.

Hi @tosfos, I'm following up on the status of backups. I see there's a file from September 24 but I believe we previously had daily backups.

This is being held up by some architectural changes needed on the docker image. We are backing it up outside of GC for now. We'll prioritize getting this complete and I'll update here once that's done.
