Can't create new studies with a PMID

See the create study page below. We cannot enter PMIDs when creating new studies. This effectively blocks most curators from creating new studies. If this is part of the update regarding not reusing study IDs, please advise on when we can see this functionality restored to BSDB.

It looks like study creation is allowed again. I see that it's still possible to create studies that don't have an associated PMID by entering something other than a PMID, but you get a broken PMID link (e.g. see https://bugsigdb.org/Study_562 and https://bugsigdb.org/Study_608). @tosfos would it be not too difficult to get rid of such fictional hyperlinks?
