We need to convert the hextally graphics to use the rink from war-on-ice/icerink and support binning into the hexagons as well as a dynamic scale/coloring scheme. Should use the war-on-ice/icerink graphic.

Currently running example on WOI:

The data exposed here contains the "bin" it belongs to. Will update with sample data input later.
