Improve SpaceWard Explorer UI #915

In the current SpaceWard explorer we have 2 screens, first is a list of all blocks and then a block details screen. We need to improve both of these.

Blocks List

Make the list easier to read and understand
Add the ability to search by block height or block hash

Block details screen

Improve the overall look to match the updated UI
For each block there could be multiple transactions, we need a better way of displaying these
From this screen you should have the option to go to the previous or next block
We should also have the ability to search by block height or hash from this screen
