做英文版么？难道要做个全球适用版？

做个Localization文件夹，把各种语言的对应专精放进去，在lua中调用显示，让专精和技能显示都对应当前wow版本进行改变

不是这个意思，是代码生成的配置文件可以支持英文法术名称，例如：
crimson_tempest@NA_Target=true

其实这个多语言支持是有意义的，对于英文基础有问题的人来说英文的专精是搞不明白的，如果在配置文件里改成中文，遇到其他语言版本也会有问题，最好的解决办法就是设一个变量，随语言版本变化专精显示
