Problem Statement

We need a clean way to exist the CLI on errors, unforeseen and handled.

Programmatically, we should have a nice way to exit and print a helpful message to the CLI output.
When an unforeseen error occurs, the message printed to the console should be helpful, linking to this repository with instructions for filing a bug
