Confirmations->fetchConfirmations works sometimes

Hello guys,

I don't know why when I make the same request by fetchConfirmations method, sometimes it works, sometimes in doesn't return anything. It is 100% the same request, I can press F5 few times and it returns almost 50%/50% true/false. Somebody has the same problem, or know how to solve it?
Code is taken from bot example php file.
